Ms. Tanner joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2019.
She served on the Dysart Unified School District’s governing board for 12 years (2008-2020), 4 of which she was appointed Board President. During her board tenure, Jennifer worked to build relations and encouraged partnerships to benefit the community by working as the board appointed liaison between the district and the City of Surprise and the City of El Mirage of Arizona.
Ms. Tanner has experienced Superintendent searches within her own district and understands the importance of utilizing a firm who will work with the board in seeking and securing the best Superintendent fit for a district.
