Mr. Tom Ridder joined McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. in 2024.
Mr. Ridder has been in education for over forty years as a teacher, coach, principal, and now as a superintendent. Tom has worked in school districts and private schools in both Iowa and Nebraska. Tom served as superintendent of the Logan-Magnolia School District for eleven years and is in his second year as a shared superintendent of Coon Rapids-Bayard and Glidden-Ralston.
Mr. Ridder holds bachelor’s degrees in business education and physical education from the University of Nebraska. In addition, he received his master’s degree in educational leadership and his specialist degree from the University of Nebraska University.
