Dr. Michelle Price serves as the Superintendent of North Central Educational Service District (NCESD). She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Central Washington University, and she earned her doctorate in 2012 from Washington State University. Dr. Price joined NCESD in 2017 after eight years as the Superintendent of Schools in Moses Lake School District. This marks her 36th year in education. Her previous roles include special education teacher, elementary principal, and assistant superintendent for teaching and learning.
