This is the implementation of Board Operating Principle 6.
- The consultants will assist the leadership team in identifying three to five goals which will become the focus of a long-range plan.
- Once the goals have been established, an implementation plan for the accomplishment of the identified goals will be developed.
The implementation plan will include:
- major objectives
- specific tasks
- timelines with target dates
- needed resources
- individual or groups responsible for implementation
- evaluation procedures
At the conclusion of the workshop, the leadership team will have identified long-range goals and have the majority of an implementation plan in place.
