Understanding the Way Your People Think. Overview
The Acumen Capacity Index measures how individuals process information and perceive the world around them—revealing the clarity and strength of their decision-making, problem-solving, and self-awareness. Grounded in the science of Axiology, ACI offers insight into both external (world) and internal (self) perspectives, highlighting areas of clarity and uncovering cognitive blind spots shaped by emotion and experience.

Key Emotional Competencies
ACI evaluates thinking across three distinct dimensions for both self and others:
- Intrinsic (Feeling) – Perception of people, relationships, and values
- Extrinsic (Doing) – Perception of tasks, processes, and performance
- Systemic (Thinking) – Perception of systems, structures, and concepts
It also examines a sixth dimension: - Self-Direction – Awareness of one’s own purpose, goals, and alignment
What Sets Our Assessment Apart
Unlike traditional personality tests, ACI dives into thought structure and cognitive clarity. It provides objective, quantifiable insight into internal reasoning processes — offering a deeper, more impactful understanding of how your people think, not just what they prefer.
