The consultant will lead the district board and administrative team in their efforts to build a high performing system consistent with the work of award-winning systems which are effective/efficient focused on integration, alignment, and flexibility. The consultant will provide practical tools and strategies to turn around an organization and dramatically improve performance. The strategies used will align with the National Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence which will not only dramatically improve performance but also sustain the improvement over time.

To successfully make the needed changes, the school board and leadership team must utilize an approach that is both “systematic and systemic.” To accomplish this, their district systems must be aligned focused on continuous improvement and systems integration. As a result of this training, leadership will develop skills, tools and strategies focused on a systematic approach to improvement. Applying quality improvement tools and strategies is necessary but not sufficient to achieve and sustain improved performance. To sustain improvement, the district, school, and classroom must dramatically change the internal structure and methods of operation. This training with ensure a sustainable approach to improvement for all systems within the district.
