and screening applicants. When screening candidates well

candidates to the board, we know more about them than they would

depth than can individual board members.

allows candidates names to be confidential up until they are

If the person selected leaves, for
whatever reason, we will repeat the process for no charge
except actual expenses. If the new superintendent becomes
ill or disabled or chooses to leave during the guarantee period,
we will repeat the search process.
