Dr. Winter joined McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. in 1996. He is an Executive Board member and on the Board of Directors of McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C.
Dr. Winter has served public education as a classroom teacher, building principal, and superintendent of schools. His administrative career has encompassed work as an educational leader in school districts with enrollments ranging from 200 to 7,500. Currently, Dr. Winter is the Superintendent of Schools for the Salina Public School District, Salina, KS.
Dr. Winter received his Baccalaureate degree from New Mexico State University, Master's from the University of Wyoming, and Doctorate from Kansas State University.
