Mr. Bahr joined McPherson & Jacobson in 2002. He has enjoyed a 36-year school career in Iowa schools.
Mr. Bahr served seven years as a middle school teacher in Iowa City, five years as Assistant Principal at Dubuque Senior High School, twelve years as high school Principal in Webster City, four years as Superintendent of Garner-Hayfield Community School District and eight years as Superintendent of Webster City Community Schools.
Mr. Bahr has served on many area and state level committees to improve education for Iowa students. He is presently Director of the Northwest Iowa Principals Preparation Program and serves as a mentor for new superintendents through School Administrators of Iowa.
