Ms. Gordon has been with McPherson & Jacobson since 2001 and is the Search Coordinator for McPherson & Jacobson's East Coast office. Since joining our firm she has participated in or led five Maryland searches.
Ms. Gordon has eight years experience as a Board member in Montgomery County, MD where she served as vice president and president of the Board. In addition to local Board service, she has been active in State and National education organizations.
Ms. Gordon served as president of the Maryland Association of Boards of Education (MABE) and the National Federation of Urban/Suburban School Districts. She chaired the NSBA Northeast Region meeting, served on NSBA's Nominating Committee, and presented numerous workshops at MABE, NSBA, and other state and national conferences.
Ms. Gordon is a trained Baldrige examiner for Maryland school districts and has Facilitative Leadership Training. She currently provides training for MABE New Board Orientation.
